We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all original tags and packaging.

Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please ensure that you follow the instructions carefully to avoid any delays or issues with the return.

Exceptions to Return

There are certain items that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Custom products or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods, such as beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. This will ensure that you receive the desired product promptly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The item must meet the same eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
